If you would like your button here, send an email entitled ‘Affiliation Request’ to maximumpayne2k8@gmail.com including your Name, your Website Name, your Website Button (88×31 pixels), and your Website URL. We’d appreciate it if your website button is exactly 88×31 pixels in size, but know that it will not hinder your request’s chance of being accepted. Also, your website must abide by these following rules below:

- Your website MUST be attractive.
- Your website MUST be complete or near completion.
- Your website MUST not contain nudity or any sort of pornographic material.
- Your website MUST not contain illegal or copied contents such as cracks,
full games, stolen mods, or stolen content from from other websites.

and most importantly…

- You MUST put our button on your website before sending the request.
- You MUST put our button on every page of your website.

It your website does not break any of the rules above, then please continue to send in your affiliation request and send it to the email provided above.
